Get the news from one of my friend, Microsoft launched IE9 Beta last week, and if you google “IE9”, you will get a lot of news or even the download link for this new IE9.
Clicking the first search result (http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/), you will reach IE9 Beta page, where you can download IE9 and try out the new IE9. 
Click “Get the beta” to continue.
And the “Get it now”. 
Now, choose your language and operating system. Seems like this IE9 Beta is only for Window Vista and Window 7, I never try to install it on Window XP.
After the download, double click to install. and simply follow the instruction on screen to continue.
Then, the installation will complete and it ask me to restart my PC, it takes few minutes to restart, and finally the first time launch of IE9 at my PC.
The new IE9 look nice, simple, and also quite fast compare to the old IE8. In this new IE9, you can see that Microsoft removed the search box, and replacing all the settings and configuration using 3 simple icon, Home button, Favorites and Setting. This make it look much simple compare to the old IE8.
